SCULPTURE IN BRONZE

Although Errol Gordon is an avid painter, sculpting is his passion. He has studied sculpture with nationally known sculptors such as George Carlson, John Coleman and Mehl Lawson. He has also studied with Italian sculptors Bruno and Paul Lucchesi. Errol’s sculpture MOSEYIN won 1st Prize at the 2010 California State Bar Convention Art Exhibit in Monterey, California. In addition, two (2) of his recent sculptures, EDDIE and EMANCIPATION, were accepted into the prestigious juried January 2012 “Best and Brightest” Art show in Scottsdale, Arizona.
In January 2012, Errol was invited to show MOSEYIN, EDDIE, and EMANCIPATION at the Pleiades Gallery of Contemporary Art Invitational in New York City, New York. As a result of this showing, Errol was accepted by the membership of Pleiades Gallery of Contemporary Art as a member artist. Oh, and did we mention? Errol also practices law (another of his passions) with the firm Gordon | Gordon | Lawyers in Los Angeles, California. The point: Artists come from many realms and often have multiple skill sets.
